oh... you forgot the most important thing. If you get a quote and the work is satisfactory DO NO HAGGLE *AFTERWARDS*. This is a GREAT way to upset good tradespeople AND you may NEVER see them again. It's kind of like ordering take out/away food, being told the price before picking up THEN haggling. Strictly the land of ABSOLUTE ASSHOLES. And a GREAT way to insult hard working people!

It would be ideal if you had a contact number. I've been trying to reach the customer service but there is no helpline. Im starting to regret registering with this platform.

Brilliant Nathan, very interesting and highlights the need for more public education. I see people taking their car for a servicing 'check' for £29.99 that are bewildered by others paying £299 for a 'service' - only one actually works. User education is needed everywhere.

This is a great modern production Nathan. If the market primarily is professionals, then maybe a bit more technical content, but don't forget, as in all things educational, don't forget to explain WHY. Its hard making a video that keeps the attention, moves on at a natural pace, but gets to the point without waffle or being patronising. Looking forward to the next instalment.

A good video, however there are some wrong terminologies used, also water regs came into force in 1999, so are now 20 years old, As for the boiler sizing, a lot of customers ask for Combies, which are all about the litres per minute, hence the larger Kw output. A correctly sized heat only boiler with an unvented cylinder would usually be a better option, but obviously take up more space and carry a much higher installation cost. Therefore, if you fit a combi, on commissioning reduce the output on central heating mode, if the boiler allows it.
